Dear sir I have purchased a Maruti wagon r vxi from Peaks auto(p)Ltd. branch kulgam. the D.O.D being 28/03/2014,the day I took the vehicle home, I found the dash making some strange noise on the right side, which i heard very clearly in the cabin of the car. I confirmed it as i took some friends for a drive, they also agreed on the same.Then i made it confirmed from the maruati officials at that place and they agreed at the same The next day i returned the vehicle to them and they operated it in their garage and changed some items, but the problem remained as it was, the car is still lying in their parking with a reciept challan in my hand. Now the point is why i will take a defective vehicle if i was promised for a brand new vehicle , was it an accidental vehicle or an old one? , I feel i have been cheated by your officials, Is this your Quality management? I dont have any sale letter in my hand and i don’t want my vehicle to be operated in your garage, instead i need a new one, because it is really untouchable. Further i want to mention that i was having Alto 800 purchased last year which was having mileage issue and i already gave a loss of 70000 rupees on your true value scheme .SO i sincerely request yoor goodself to replace it and oblige.

i just need the replacement of car,as no one will be happy in buying a defective vehicle.
