My car met with an accident on March 26th 2014 which was under insurance(. But ICICI Prudential Panjagutta Hyderbad branch declined my claim and they are also delayed to declare the claim. So i went for cancellation of my policy but ICICI customer people said that the status of claim is still under process so they can not cancel the policy (Panjagutta branch manager clearly declared that my claim was declined). The complete mistake is from Panjagutta Hyderabad branch they declined claim and more over they are not updating the process in system also.

I want my policy to be cancelled as soon as possible and require refund of my policy money which is Rs.10,000/- Necessary and urgent action should be taken against the ICICI Prudential branch manager for their delay so that in near future no one will suffer like i did.
