freecharge – recharge not successful and not refunded

I had recharged a sum of Rs. 150.00 my mobile (9038643xxx)through this online recharge portal, www.freecharge.in. To my surprise the amount was deducted from my bank a/c (bank statement provided in the document attached herewith)but the said sum was not added to my phone balance. I immediately informed the customer care of the said company, who assured me of return of the said amount in 5-7 days (all communication with the customer care attached as supporting document). As days passed and no amount was transferred back to my a/c I inquired with them, they asked for my bank statement (annexure 1 and 2). after some days they started denying te receipt of the payment. I contacted my bank who confirmed the transfer of the amount and provided a detail statement (Annexure 2)which clearly shows that transfer has been made to freecharge. with this new document i reverted back to the customer care of free charge, who today informed that no such transaction can be traced and thus no refund will be possible for the failed recharge.
