These days I have been seeing the screen hangs (starplus) and creates lots of frustrations. I called up customer care and complain is lodged. Complain #1: One person comes and says the D2h transponder was damaged, he changed the Transponder and took 400/-. The person who changed the transponder said, “if any issue please give me a call”. I am happy about the service. After 5-7 days the same problem repeated. when I call customer care, they say, they have done something wait on Channel #100 and it will be resolved, if not they will log a new complain. things do not get resolve. the frequency of screen freezing is still the same. Called up the guy (harsha) 2-3 times, he says all the time that he is at different location he will come, but he never did. frustrated and logged a second complain. Complain #2 : the person comes and says, the transponder was good, it was never supposed to be exchanged and why did u pay for this? he said to change the whole wire and that costs separate 12/- per meter. I am staying in an apartment where its a 4 storage building and changing the wire was certainly a costly affair. and I never know if the third person comes, and blames me saying “wire was good and why did u change the wire.”. I am still having the same problem. I wish I should have not taken yearly subscription and exchanged the product with a new one or opted different subscriber all together. don’t know where I stand now. repenting on the service part of Videocon D2h. Complain #3 : called up the customer care to “reopen” the previous ticket, they said it cant be done. and opened new Ticket. no action yet. frequently calling up the guy, they are not even responding now. someone replies “I am driving”, someone says “I am in traffic”, someone says “I am far away from your locality”. I have lost patient and decided to surrender.
since I have paid all the money for the whole year, please refund the balanced money after doing prorated calculation. I will go for some other BETTER service Provider.
