my paid for data pack has been overwritten by another smaller pack inadvertently and company is refusing to address this. On 04/04/2014 I paid 249 rs to activate a 1GB data pack on 3g with a validity of one month. There was a delay in this getting activated and I was asked to send a text message for the same. In reply to this text I received another text asking me to send a certain keyword without explaining any repercussions for it. I send this text and this has resulted in my paid for data pack being cancelled and instead a new smaller pack has been activated for additional price.

I will like to get the service I paid for. The one gb data pack.
