i am using reliance prepaid from last 8 years and facing too many issues regarding their network , register complaints too many times in rel customer care but nobody look into this side. My sincere request to you , please help me and other consumers of rel of this area.i hope u do the needful for us.
i want the full assurity from provider in written proof and they don’t make fools to common people and add extra days of our packages because we took packages like 3g internet, tariff plans but due to lack of signal, we are not able to use our services.
