dear sir i am anurag gupta, bought an hp desktop inkjet 4625, billl bearing number 20054850 date on 20/11/2012. at the time of invoice i opted for aditional one year warranty. (standard warranty for 1 year) standard warranty till 20/11/2013 extended warranty till 20/11/2014 but the ink used by croma stores on invoice vanishes within one year. with the same invoice i had apprached to hp asking to repair, which they rejected said like this ********************* dear customer, we have received the proof of purchase that was sent by you. after examination it is found that proof you provided does not meet the hp audit requirements due to following reason(s): * • the bill is faded / unreadable it is recommended that you re-send a valid proof, or you can visit the following website for more technical support www.hp.com/support (to be replace with country specific url). thank you for your support co-operation. regards, hp customer care center team it is one kind of cheating with customer , where the customer again expected to go into the store and asking for invoice , again which may notbe possible. if it has to be there what the mean of keeping original invoice? my complaint agaist infiniti retail limited 1. ink used by all the invoice priting and the same should not readable with in its warranty period, why this ink used like this?. does consumer court will make attention here, the same should not happen with anyone else. 2. number of customers faces the same problem, which is against the ethics of business, what much is for expenses reimbrushment by inifiniti retail limited
