I filed a TDR for PNR number- 2456593484. Same was rejected with reason “‘(CNF, ActDep: 08/03/2014 23:05)TDR TIME OUTSIDE LIMIT FOR PNR – 2456593484’ and the reason being : “TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit.” Then, i requested IRCTC to provide- 1. Actual departure of Train 2. Time of filing TDR. However, even after sending two mails to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in no response has been received since 19-Mar.

immediate release of TDR amount with compensation.
