FUTURE GROUP EZONE TAKES TO CHEATING PEOPLE. I PAID MONEY FOR MY PRODUCT BUT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED TO ME, INSPITE OF 1 AND HALF MONTH PASSING BY.

You replied to my earlier complaint on April 26, 2010. Today is May 08, 2010. How long will you take to solve my matter??? In your previous reply, as mentioned below, you had stated that you had forwarded my issue to the Management at Ezone, assuring me to rest assured that my matter will be looked in with utmost care and attention. Is this the type of attention and care you and your organisation take?? That inspite of a month and more since I paid my money to get an electrical appliance, I have neither got it delivered at my place, neither I am receiving any responses to my complaint lodged in this regards. At present the case stands as below:

MUKUND DESAI VISITS THE EZONE SHOWROOM AT SURAT TO PURCHASE A ELECTRIC GRINDER. THE SHOW ROOM MANAGER AND OFFICERS COLLECTS THE CASH FOR THE SAID PRODUCT PROMISING MUKUND DESAI TO DELIVER AT HOME DELIVERY, AFTER TAKING HOME DELIVERY CHARGES. MUKUND DESAI PAYS FOR THE PRODUCT AND FOR THE HOME DELIVERY CHARGES AND HE IS NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT INSPITE OF A MONTH AND MORE PASSING BY. MUKUND DESAI, AN SENIOR CITIZEN CHEATED BY THE CORPORATE GROUP OF EZONE. A CUSTOMER PAYS UP FOR THE PRODUCT AND FOR HOME DELIVERY CHARGES BUT IS YET TO RECEIVE HIS APPLIANCES. ON APPROACHING HIGHER COMPANY AUTHORITIES, THE AUTHORITIES LACKS INTEREST AND FAILS TO SOLVE THE COMPLAINT. EZONE SHOWROOMS IN BIG CITIES CHEATING CONSUMERS BY TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS INSPITE OF A MONTH PASSING BY.

I AM SURE THIS WILL BE A GOOD ARTICLE IN LEADING NEWS DAILY AS YOUR COMPANY HAS STARTED THIS NEW WHITE COLLAR BUSINESS BY OPENING NEW SHOWROOMS IN BIG CITIES AND LURING PEOPLE TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM YOUR SHOWROOMS AND TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS TO DELIVER AT HOME DELIVERY AND THEN SIPPHONS OFF THE MONEY BY NOT SENDING THE PRODUCTS AND REPLYING TO COMPLAINTS THEREAFTER.

I am yet to receive a written explanation from your office, for my complaint registered. Your lukewarm response towards such mismanagement proves and substantiates that your company in indulging in UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE. It makes me wonder, that your company is taking money from the customers and using those funds for its own purposes before actually delivering the selected goods. I am sure, there will be can of worms, on approaching higher competent authorities at the Statutory levels at Government appointed bodies. I am also, planning to write to the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India, New Delhi, who is actually permitting such corporates to perform business in the country. This is how you treat senior citizens of the country? I am a senior citizen, and had travelled all the way to Surat, 60 kms in this scorching heat to purchase a household product. I am ill treated in the showroom, by none other but the Senior most officer. I am told to pay up the home delivery charges, which I readily paid, and yet I am not delivered the product for which I have paid my hard earned money. Non reply to my mail, within a moderate time period, shall actually allow me to bring this in media galore, for which the company as a whole shall be responsible.

Do you think, I must conclude my letter with a THANK YOU, after so much of humiliation and insult meted out to me after paying money? My conscience does not allow me to do so;
