The problem is with www.freecharge.in. It is an instant recharging site for various products. I have often face the problem of non-refund of money back to my account by this site. What they do is if the recharge is unsuccessful the money gets automatically deducted from your account and they sent an email that the amount is saved in auto credits and is safe with freecharge.in. However, nobody would like to give any company any amount for which they cannot get the service. You can check in google regarding complaints against freecharge and you will find that there are numerous complaints against them on this issue. Please resolve this and freecharge should not keep customers money with them like this.

I want that freecharge.in should not keep money of customers if recharge is unsuccessful. They should provide contact nos. on the website.
