i am having post paid connection of vodafone no 9768167xxx i was using 1GB internet package for 250 per month but it was not sufficient to me so i wanted to upgrade it to 2GB per month and for that i called-up customer care on 198 and it was informed me that Vodafone will charge me Rs 250 for 1GB and Rs 450 for next 2GB total cost for internet will be 700 and accordingly i asked to activate the same on my number , but during actual billing company charged me Rs 2240 (CAP1050_30D_Promo_3G for Rs 1050+Cap_750_30D_R_Promo_3G For Rs 750 + C_V_250_30DR!GB_FU_3G for Rs56 + C_V-450_30d_R2GB_FU_3G for Rs 348.39) company charged my 4 different packages which was not utilised or requests to activate on my number.
