I ordered a combo pack of 5 KOutons shirts online via netbanking transaction number 93445949IGT1680405 TRANSFER TO 32173669294 STATE BANK OF INDIA on 15 April 2014 but inspite of repeated calls to the customer care centre at Bangalore the product is still not despatched from the store to my address. They are also not cancelling my order and remitting the amount to my SBI account. I would like to thank you for intervening into this matter and solve this issue.

I would like the amount of Rs.1190 to be debited back into my account.
