On 01May2014 I booked an air cooler (Crompton Greaves)online through the site www.starcj.com and made online payment.As claimed on the site,the product was to be delivered within 3-5 days.But till date the item has not been delivered.On contacting their call center all the response I received was that the product will be delivered shortly.Pl help and guide.
