A courier has been booked from Kottarakara (Kerala) in the name of firm M/S THE AMPS ENTERPRISES, ALIGARH on 26 April 2014 having C/N – KTR363832. But still it is not received by me and I have complaint about this at the Aligarh office but not getting any positive response.I also complaint about this on their official website and mailed them about my problem, but they also didn’t reply.I also called on the numbers which were shown on their website but they were also not able to solve my problem.

That courier contains some cheques in the name of my organization. Although I have asked the sender to cancel all those cheques before it gets misused. I had to visit the courier office many times because of this I faced many problems. I got mentally very disturbed because the courier was very important for me as it contains the cheques and on that time I really need that money.Now I am very much dissatisfied with this company and still the online status is showing me “On TRANSIT”.
