I have taken the hathway connection (Customer ID 1064271) in vanasthalipuram. I am really irritated with the connectivity and reckless service of their customer care. I am facing the connectivity issues very now and then and customer care/technical person is not able to understand the problem. Very irritating thing is they are not allowing me to cancel the connection as well. As per them I have paid three months advance and they cant refund the money and forcing me to live with the nasty network and customer. Customer care people are not willing to transfer the call to their higher ups and trying to making fool by giving non working mail ID’s to esclate. WORST NETWORK AND CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. ANY BODY PLEASE DONT OPT FOR HATHWAY .
