I had booked a much needed holiday to Srinagar with my wife and my 5 Year Old Daughter, it was my mistake to have booked my flights on Go Air Website on 2nd June 2014 for flight leaving from Jammu-Srinagar on the 6th June, i paid through net banking and immediately the amount was debited from my account, and I got the confirmation on my e mail. On the 6th June however when we reached the airport that too 3 hours before the flight i was told that my PNR was cancelled, i requested the staff and showed them all the proof about the purchase of my ticket but despite they were unable to give me 3 seats and were selling the same flight tickets to other travellers despite my being ready to pay them the amount again which I had already paid, finally despite of my please I had to buy Air India flight by paying extra amount (?2850), I had to go out and take out cash to pay for this ticket despite my paying Go Air ?32,259.
I want the cash difference. I paid by buying these tickets again, and I need suitable compensation for the trouble me and my family went through despite having confirmed air tickets bought from Go Air
