Whirlpool AC – Frequent functioning problem – Review

I bring to your kind notice that I as an esteemed customer of Whirlpool India since Jun’ 2010, have been facing immense trouble and harassment towards my Window Air Conditioner for the last 3.5 years. I had purchased 1 Ton Deluxe 11 of Window A/C on 18th June 2010. The said unit had a frequent functioning problem (like automatically cut-ff, heating of compressor rapidly) since the very first day of purchase. I had called to the customer care for its inspection and upon their visit, they told us that the said unit has a defective compressor & its need to be replaced.

My product is well under warranty period but they are charged of Rs. 2200/- of repairing and my 1500/- previous balance is not refunded till date by Impulz, Patel Nagar.

Need previous balance of Rs. 1500/- and repairing FOC.
