I have booked tickets thru Goibibo.com for my travel on 18th June, but due to change in plan I cancelled the tickets over phone ( as per Goibibo ,Cancellation can be done over phone only) , Subsequently on 17th I got confirmation mail for cancellation of ticket with cancellation charge of Rs.1910/- On 23rd of June I received a mail stating cancellation charges as Rs.8500/-. WHen enquired at their call centre ,I was told that I have not cancelled ticket and hence it has been no show at flight and hence no refund will be provided . I have mail for cancellation and also invoice showing Refund amount of Rs.7781/-

Refund of my due amount Rs 7781/- + charges for mental agony.
