On 20th March 2014 I have submitted my Micromax A47 mobile phone to Roorkee service center for repairing as it is not working. It got shutdown the day before and not starting after many attempts. Here are the details that I receive on Job Sheet :- Item Name/Model No./IMEI No. A47(W)/SERMOB0369/911949552173850,911343552428858 Jobsheet No. R1403FUTT8757753 Request No. *N030218-0314-8712869 Symptom 4101 POWER DOES NOT SWITCH ON Remarks Remarks *After that I have contacted many times to customer care also they also registered my complaint. Complaint no. MMX0105145157 But still I haven’t received my mobile back after serviced. Every time I contact the service center or customer care I only receive one answer that your complaint is in process as it will resolve we will inform you. Tell me now what i do? With out mobile I am facing many problems.
So I am request to you please take the mobile and revert my money of the mobile. I hope you understand my problems.
