I got new connection in december 2013 plan was 499/ month. then I switched my plan to 299/ month in march 2014. i thought i will pay 299 rs pr month but bill was around 500-1000 a month still i payed till april 2014. excess bills are keep cumming. both the bills are coming together 299+499/ since march as i got to know from idea employ.

Please resolve above problem. And I keep getting a person’s call from +919911340xxx [Sitamani (may be fake name)] abusing and using awful language to me & my family. Also threatening to my wife on phone. Kindly take action as soon as possible.
