I am using a vodafone post paid connection. Vodafone have changed my triff plan without my consent, on asking for the resolution and compensation for the same they are not coming up with something substantial. I am also facing a network issue wherein the network automatically disconnected and whenever i tried to make a call its show “Not registered on Network”. Not able to receive any call. The same has been informed to vodafone and they are not doing anything on that as well. Request you to please help me to teach a lesson to vodafone, so that they will not cheat any consumer like this.
As i don’t have data pack in the new plan, due to which i am suffering a lot of problem as i am not able to do my office work at home. Also, as they are delaying in the resolution which is causing a mental Harassment. It badly affects my official and personal life both.
