i got a policy from max new york life insurance in name of my wife jasleen kaur policy no. 780712543. regret to state that i was promised lot of thing by dealing person Ms Kanchan Sachdeva calling from chandigarh office and followed with personal visit by Mr Charnjit. i was told that there wont be any allocation charges for 1st year where as policy states that there is 100percent allocation charges for 1st year. i was told that under your custmor retaination policy old custmor already having policy running under max newyork will get 20% bonus on the previous policy ATP paid for three year. i was told that for policiy no.469025282, 469710867, 469633796 total ATP paid is Rs 315000.00 (Rupees three lac fifteen thousand only) for which a bonus amount of Rs 63000.00 (Rupees sixty three thousand only) will be given on completion of lockin period of three years, in this case march/april2011 above and over the NAV on given date and letter to this effect will come with the policy.

i regret to state that no such letter has arrived and after asking for this letter again and again i was not responded accordingly by them. failng which i made a call to custmor care of max new yrok and found that i had been fooled and there is no such customer retaintion policy. i again contacted ms Kanchan and was assured again that will get letter by friday 4th june 2010 by hand and mr charanjit will deliver it. i kept calling mr charnjit whole day and again i was fooled that i am reaching in an hour or so with the letter and then he stopped taking my call.

i regret to state the kind of treatment met to us by max newyork life insurnce, i as told by customer care mailed max new york lifr inusrance at service.helpdesk@maxnewyorklife.com with brief details of how i was fooled in and asked them to refund the premium paid and withdraw this policy.
i was given a reference number2766294 and received call from max new york life insurance and briefed them about all happenings. to my shock since then i had been calling ms kanchan sachdeva and mailing max new york life insurance again and again but have failed to get any proper response.

here by i request consumer forum to help me get my wife’s hard earned money back and compensation on account of mental harrasment and agony on account of getting policy by cheating innocent consumer by max new york life insurance
