Sir i ordered braun silk epil hair remover from ebay. my details are as follows-: claim id: 613573 paisapay id: 36988347420 item number: 221510576891 at the time i opened the packet received from ebay i got a stinking smell which was unbearable. then i opened it further and i found the product was in very bad condition. it has scratches all over it and some parts were missing..i immediately re packed it as none in my house can bear that smell coming from the packet. then i immediately called ebay. they gave me sellers number and told me to contact them and they told me to raise a complaint which was rejected after 2 days. seller told me to send the courier back at his address as there is no reverse pick up facility in ebay. i did the same. after they received courier seller send me a mail which is as followed-: dear madam, this is to intimate that the product has been received in extremely bad condition. the scratches over the epilator indicates that you tried to open the epilator forcefully and accordingly the product has been damaged. therefore, the replacement of the product is not possible. the product will be duly returned to you via tomorrow. seema sharma executive customer care kushagra online store 9811733332 sir, i got tears after reading this message as i belong to a middle class family and i dont have such a heavy amount to waste..sir its been 17 days and i m really very depressed i have paid for the item and i dont have anything till now..please kindly i beg you …please help me as soon as possible regards
