i had ordered a product from slassy.com which according to site got shipped on 26th august 2014. they provided a dtdc tracking number to track my shipment and on tracking i found that its “delivered” on 27th august 2014 12:00am(file of the tracking has been attached). it has been 1 week since i got my courier(product) delivered to me as promised by the company! on calling dtdc (durgapur branch) they keep on giving mis-information that “it will be delivered tomorrow” but still now it hasn’t been delivered as promised by them.

i want my courier to be delivered at my given address at the earliest possible along with their entire transport details and/or refund my entire expenses so that i can apply for the product through other services.
