i had given my household goods to Apollo packers & movers on 22nd july 2014 (total 10 item =3carton box+1bike+1table+2bags+1matress+1mixi+1kitchen box)and received on 4th August 2014 in which 1whole cartoon box was missing and instead of that they had given 1 old folding table of somebody to my friend cuz i was in Mumbai .(i was asking my goods from almost 1week after full payment cuz they committed the arrival of goods at kolkata on 29th august ,after payment ,whenever i ask all the time they make irrelevant reasons meanwhile due to official requirement i went to mumbai after that finally they asked me to collect on 4th august and threatened for extra holding charges or else return back the goods to gurgaon so i arranged my friend to collect on behalf of me . unknowingly my friend given ok closure to the transporter as he thought the number of items are correct. then i came back on 12th august night and found full carton was missing .from that day onward i was requesting in all formal ways to every known person of that company but no result . as all the items in that box was electronics ,it was marked as Handle with care by Manjeet himself). the misunderstood was i too have computer table which was packed with papers+poly covers which wasn’t easy to identify for my new friend cuz someones another table was given to him while delivery and moreover the total count was same as i mentioned . additionally delivery guys were local transporters ,who asked my friend to sign on receiving documents forcefully and told him to talk with your packers for missing items .

all my electronics items only and no compensation after a lot of enquiry i came to know that few more peoples were suffering the same cuz group of packers collect money and materials then send altogether with one local transport in which missing is common and forgery is their business even damaged goods are also found in mine and other persons goods . i have all the contact details who lost their goods and they are ready to become witness against these scam bodies .
