I have traveled to Dubai between 26th of May, 14 till 3rd, of June, 14. I was carrying 2 matrix sims, One for me & One for my father. I only use international sims on 2g phone. The sim used by my father, matrix has billed for usage of internet which is neither possible nor he has done. The have sent a exponential bill of Rs 35606 for the usage of 500 mb data and that to on cheap 2g phone where someone(In this case my dad) who doesn’t know how to use internet and has never ever used internet in life. As per their invoice we have used 500 mb data on 3rd of June from 1:00Pm Dubai time. At that time we were at airport check-in our luggage and our flight was at 4:30pm dubai time. So as per them we have used this much data in just 3 hours while check-in. First thing we haven’t used it secondly this is impossible on 2g phone in a span of 3 hours. We have used only 2g phone on whole trip with GPRS off and suddenly it can’t get on at last moment & bang the vault for them. The whole trip internet is not used on both sims I took and suddenly it brought a lottery for those people. They have taken there payment from my credit card. Keeping people credit card details in their possession and suddenly throwing them with such bills without sending a alarming message of over usage or stop their credit cycle to certain limit does mean that these people are intentionally cheating. Keeping credit card details doesn’t give them right to charge people without resolving their issues. They have made this a tool for fooling people that rather than you are saving people money what they advertise, they will through them in the trap of technical jargon.
