I undersigned has purchased an Armani Mens Black Ceramic Watch w/ Rose Gold #1410 online from Shop Clues site on 03.09.14. The product was delivered to us on 07.09.14 and from 08.09.14 issues regarding bill and damage product was being raised by me from my email id agrawalnitin1978@gmail.com and shopclues replied that the product is under sellers warranty so that kind of bill will be issued without TIN / VAT No and Service Tax. When approached to the Seller the same relied received from him also. Such bills are not valid in INDIA. Regarding replacement / refund of the defective product company has asked the photograph and after sending the photos company said that we have to deal with the sellers only. Kindly look into the matter as the pvt companies doing fraud with the customer and with the Govt. of India. Bills are enclosed herewith for information
