I have purchased a new Hundai EON car(sportz model) By Exchanging my santro(2002) they gave me my car value Rs.40000/- & an exchange bonus of Rs.10000/- which was deducted from my new cars value.I had booked car on 14th august & i was ensured delivery on 29/08/2014(ganesh chaturthi). I cleared final payment on 25/08/2014 after giving full amount on 28/08/2014.they told me that due to companies policy exchange bonus will be credited only after ascertaining from RTO that u r the owner of that car for more than six months. & that process will require a weeks time. In order to get Delivery on ganesh chaturthi the demanded Rs.25000/- as security till exchange bonus is credited. Also they took my santro on 27/08/2014. I gave Rs.25000/- & took Delivery. there after for the committed accessories they took 15-20 days. i useto daily visit showroom they delayed every day saying come tomorrow. till date my 25000/- is not refunded. Major issue is created now. I had booked a Selected number(MH-48-Z-8786) by paying a DD of Rs. 22500/- to the RTO office on 28/08/2014.Which I gave the same to the dealer on same day even before taking actual delivery of car & which they were suppose to submit at RTO office while registration. They forget to submit receipt in RTO & regular number is issued on my car (MH-48-S-6289) on 11/09/2014. Thereafter they intimated me yesterday(22/09/2014) about their mistake & took me to RTO office to explain the matter to RTO officer. Now they have given the file file to their agent to change the number. Their agent is not sure about. Now I would give back that car if they are unable to register my selected number to my car. I have already told them this & I would claim all my money along with expenses & compensation . Also I want the additional benefit of Rs.15000 Exchange Bonus . As they took Exchange bonus of Rs.25000/- from company & passed only Rs. 10000/- to me. First of all I immediately be given a sum of Rs.40000/- I.e Security deposit taken from me Rs.25000/- & Rs. 15000/- exchange bonus.

I want my Selected number for my car. If its not possible I want to replace car along with refund of expenses I incurred on number selective number . & I also want Rs.40000/- immediately (Security deposit taken from me Rs 25000/- & Rs. 15000/- exchange bonus)
