my You broadband connection is not working in 7 of october. i have made a number of complaints and i am calling them daily to get it resolved. till after a lot of commitments the complaint is not resolved yet. every time customer care executive tell me that complaint will get resolved today but condition is still the same. this is happening every month that my connection is offline for 10 to 15 days they do not increase my validity of time period instead of this that means i am paying charges for service which i am not getting.
i want full month service without any disconnection
