The above amount is the points which are earned at the mydala website against my purchases of lucky draw deals. When tried to redeem these points against the product team told me that it can’t be redeemed as I have started using the module software through software on mobile i.e. android/ iPhone apps. It was surprising to know that a same website you can redeem but not in the App. Well, I requested the team to transfer my points back to mydala website account which took months to transfer after several mail and phone requests. Finally the points were transferred, but again surprisingly, all the products were withdrawn from the website. Also the customer service desk is not responding on phone nor replying to my mails. I am in doubt whether the lucky draw winners are really the fair lottery system and the winner names are real. The response getting from the team since past couple of months is not adequate and looks doubtful. Please help me as I am loosing the amount equivalent to the points.

I want to redeem my above points against products. Also it had been a great pain since past couple of months as the response seems not very encouraging.
