As per mail of Mr.Aslam Khan I have given my mobile i.e Karbonn A12 for repair at Mobile Junction Andheri (East) on 12/06/2014. Still company had not given me replacement of my mobile as it already 5 months gone. Why there is so much delay in replacing mobile? If Karbonn Company cant replace it then please give my money back. .This is pathetic service i have ever received from any company.

As per my complaint it is very pathetic service i have received because of this i was not able to use my mobile since 5 months which was in guarantee period . Also i have visited to mobile junction at several time. So i have bear transport cost also. in spite of this i am still under mental pressure that when my mobile will be back.

I don’t want any replacement but i want my money back which will compensate all my losses mental as well as physical.
