HomeShop18 Shipped Faulty Mobile – No Customer Care

I purchase a Salora SM507 from HomeShop18. My suborder is 79406305. There are fault in Mobile Phone and no service station is available in Rajkot,Morbi Or Porbandar in Gujarat. So i register complaint about this to HS18 and my complaint no. 114511225. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from HS18. They said me that your courier is not received and then i also email the POD(signature Proof of Delivery). But till now i not get any satisfactory answer and executives say that we will call you after 24-48 hours and i am waiting for call for many days…

I want refund of this product from Home Shop18.
