This reference to my complaint (ref 9673365) through website dated Sep 26, 2014 for delivery of wrong product against order no. 2895576519 and subsequent submission of picture of wrong product & after many follow-up calls to customer care but issue is still open and no action is taken by M/s Snapdeal.

Forcefully led me for installation of wrong product delivered by M/s Snapdeal and still i am liable for reimbursement of my complete payment because of delay and non-compliance from M/s Snap deal.
