Dear Concern, i purchased a xolo Q opus2 phone in july, after 2 months, it created problem in Power key and earphone. i submitted this phone in your authorized service center situated in laxmi nagar as on 31/10/2014 , my Produsct VN no. is 310000874117 and till now i have not received my cell phone. after calling in service center, they reply all times that it will take 2-4 day more. i m very disappointed with your service. kindly take necessary step for the same. thanks lokesh 9891459141

I submitted my phone in XOLO care for repairing after facing some problem in XOLO A600(Black color) handset, i haven’t got proper handset in around last 7 months from your service center as they were imposing White color handset on me again and again rather considering my issue and fixing it,Now a guy from Noida headquarter asked me,do you want handset or not?, without any apology or feeling sorry for inconvenience they caused. Yes,i made a mistake by purchasing XOLO handset but you cant punish twice for same mistake. I am not defaming any company,Its my personal experience that i am sharing with every one,So you take care when purchase any Phone.
