I had ordered 10 Nicer Dicer Sets from Snap deal on 2nd October 2014 with an Order ID 2984661992 amounting Rs. 4454. Orders were delivered on 6th, 7th and 9th October. When I opened to check the product the products were used and the some of them were broken. I sent an email requesting refund for the above order. After 2 days a guy name Venky from Nuvo Ex came to pick up the items back. I have returned all the items which were delivered. The same day I got refund of Rs. 1767, but the total bill amount was 4454. The remaining amount Rs 2687 has been refunded yet. I called the Snap Deal customer care and raised a complaint regarding the same with the complaint number 10141658 on 11th October. They told me that someone from the team would contact me regarding the refund amount in 1 or 2 days. But till today I haven’t received any call from SnapDeal. Even after that I tried calling them but received the same response. The image of the broken product is attached. I even have other documents to produce.
I would like to get the remaining amount to be refunded and already refunded amount to be refunded in cash as soon as possible. I do not want the refund in form of SD cash.
