I purchased my micromax canvas 2.2 phone from a electronic shop in may 2014. My phone motherboard caused some problem . I called to see what the procedure was to replace my phone not gave my phone to micromax service center.for repair .They told me it would take a time period of 1 month for repairing the phone but now they are saying that it would take 3 more months. After hearing this i contact to customer care of micromax but they also did not show any response.

I want my new replaced phone or my money back.
