The Samsung product purchased is faulty it heats up and works slow. has battery problem also gives multiple problems. its been an year now the customer service department has been ignoring request to replace the product. they have repaired the product many times but it still gives the same problem.
Its mentally harassing that a customer is not taken seriously all you get is an assurance of their “BEST” service.
Replacement of the product and 1,00,000 INR compensation.
