Hi , i have issue with Samsung service center which is located in Dehradun Uttarakhand India. i have samsang tablet P3100 in which i was facing battery not charging . Service engineer changed my device battery without checking data cable working or not ? there is no standard process they are following , even though i discusses please check my battery with new charging data cable but he is not agreed to change and my issue still remain. My device battery not charging. for this service they take service charge 100 more also, Invoice is 1885.95 but they charged me 1986 INR. Request please close this issue. Thanks Yogesh
