Dear sir / madam, i booked furniture and paid advance. i had applied for bajaj finance for remaining paymetn. but it was not approved. so i went to cancel my order, but godrej people said it cannot be cancelled and i have to buy something with same value of my advance paid.so i bought coffee table and requested to pay the remaining balance money. still i had not received my balance payment and the representative is giving different dates. it has been more than a month i am waiting for my balance payment. i request you to look into this policy of such a reputed company (godrej) and take appropriate action. thanks,
