order given to Lotofstock on 11 nov 14, item dispatched on 13 nov 14, item reached destination on 18 nov 14 (as per Gati courier traking) but till now I didn’t get my order delivered. Every time I call, you use to say it will be delivered by today…till date.also, I asked them to refund but still they are not refunding.

Relief :- 1) fear of consumer court : They should have fear of consumer court as even I told them I will complain them against consumer court they didn’t even care to reply to mail even after 7 days. Screenshot for the same attached here. 2) Refund of my Amount : I want my amount refunded along with the my other expenses (internet and phone expenses) i.e Rs 2000/-. Invoice is attached to the mail. 3) Financial Penalty: Financial Penalty of Rs 5000/- against wasting everyone’s time.
