Dear Sir I Sandeep Kumar bought a mobile phone on 10.05.2014 @ Rs. 10000/- after near about 7 months device was not running well their are so many problem occurred which is mention on mobile job sheet. I gave the phone to service center for repair after 15 days i go to the service center but they told me you have to wait 15-18 days. I again went their after 21 days than Service center gave me the phone number of Mr. Nitish Kumar mobile no. 8437711xxx and told me to asked about your phone to Mr. Nitish after repeatedly calling I have not got any information about my phone from Mr. Nitish. After that I called Company Helpline No. 180030100104 where Mr. Gaurav ad taken information from me and assure to call back after two days. after three days Mr.saurav phone no 880059xxx had called me that your phone has not repaired now and the model of your phone is closed. if you want new phone you have deposit Rs. 5700/- for XOLO 1-Q1020 and Rs. 5200/- for 2- Q1010I. Sir I am working in a Handloom Shop for the salary of 7000/- and after saving 8-10 months i bought the phone but now i have left with the only battery of the phone i am feel so harrased please do a needfull.
