Reliance Net Connect Billing After Disconnection

I was using reliance net connect broadband connection with number 9391840xxx. I had used this connection for nearly two years and paid all my bills on time. I have stopped using this connection in the month of October 2014 and the same was informed to the company. As per their advise, I paid the pending bill and requested them to close the connection. But they did not close the connection and continued raising bills, for which I told them to first close the connection and send the confirmation. The company says that first the bill is to be cleared. I felt that the same will be repeated. Moreover they say that they take the closing request only on toll free number and this number never gets connected and kept me waiting several times. Yesterday also I visited Reliance office in Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam, AP for paying the bill if they confirm that the connection is closed. They replied that the connection is in suspended status and may reactivate if I pay the bill. Everyday I am receiving phone calls from Reliance which is causing a lot of disturbance. My request for closing in October is recorded as “network problem complaint” and they are threatening and trying to loot me. The people who are calling say that they will not take my request for closing the connection and I have do it over toll free number only, which is peculiar and unjustifiable. While giving the connection, they visited my home and provided the same. While closing they are playing all the tricks and harassing me. Presently they have raised bill for Rs 2880/- for which I have not used their service even for a minute and harassing to pay the bill. Recently I had heart problem and I am on rest. This problem is really disturbing me. Please help me resolve the issue

Closing of connection and withdrawal of excess bills for which I did not avail their service. Strict warning to company not to resort to same with other individuals. Directive to company to open a link to register request for closing. Request through toll free is hell. Slap a fine on the company and redirect the amount to any charity organisation
