I purchased Micromax Turbo A250 7 months ago and it have issues with touch screen, speaker and camera. This handset is under warranty so for repair i gave it to Service Center on 6 Nov 2014. Today 16 December 2014, i called third time and still they are asking for one month to repair this handset. I am really frustrated with customer care service and service center. Its been more then 1 month and 10 days to service my hand set but still no resolution. Still they are asking for one more month. I dont understand they are doing service of this mobile or creating rocket. Service Request ID : N040720 1114 13195887 customer Care : 18605008286 I am really frustrated and i want my money back so that i can purchase other handset rather then relying on Micromax service. Please help me to find the resolution.
