Snapdeal – Transaction Successful, Not Show in Account

I tried purchasing nicer dicer for Rs 530 on Nov 5th i paid through mobikwik, but after payment it got timed out. Now mobikwik claiming it is successful transaction and snapdeal claiming that it is failed transaction. But till now i haven’t got my Money back to my mobikwik wallet. Called multiple times to snapdeal .. and spend nearly Rs 300 for calls alone. Complaint raised for Snapdeal is : 11473883 Complaint raise on Mobikwik is TICKET #1695497. Payment Gate Way Transaction ID : CCABK1ADQ110 order number 3454626755

I want Rs 530 which i had paid for nicer dicer. Or the product. As of now even after payment i haven’t got the product or the money back. Along with the compensation of the calls that i had made to them, and the time spend. Email and phone communication was made with the customer care.
