Booking Reference number: 20111412216 Return Flight tickets from Delhi to Aurangabad The above flight was delayed by over 4 hours and therefore as per Yatra.com‘s policy, a customer is entitled to a full refund. I have called them over 10 times requesting them to credit the refund to my account. However, all I have received is excuses. It’s been a month and I have not received refund yet.
I would like to receive full refund of Rs 16288 and Rs 500 incurred in phone costs. In addition, I request monetary compensation for the inconvenience I have faced in obtaining refund I am legally entitled to.
