I had ordered a dress from Koovs which i got on time but the dress is not as shown on website. So i called koovs and arranged a return pickup for the item on 02 jan 2015. Since then i have called them 4 times for the status but no one has come to pick back the item. There support team always say that it will happen in next 3-4 days but the return pich up has never happened. My origininal ORDER ID was: 913241, The return ID is 114885.

Kindly arrange a return pick up by koovs to take back the item and koovs should refund my money for the item.
