I have a Samsung note 2 device which i got insured from TOTAL MOBILE SOLUTION PLUS which gives 2 year third part insurance to the device owner. Few days back my device’s screen got damaged and sent it to TMS for repairing. but after 7 days i got a call from them saying that the mother board of the phone is damaged and the phone is not repairable. I faced the same event one month back when another device of mine got damaged and i sent it to TMS and they stated the same reason that the mother board of the device is damaged and it is not repairable. but later they repaired the phone and returned it back.but this time they are not ready to accept that my phone’s mother board was not dead either. if indeed it was dead then my phone would have been dead but it was in working condition when i gave it to them. I suspect that these people have made their business to take out original parts from the phone and then fooling people saying that they are dead. since i have faced the same course of events in 1 month itself i strongly people that they have caused damaged to my phone. These people should know that people like us trust them by giving an extra amount of money not to face these situations where we are not left with any option causing a great deal of money to us.

I want them to repair my phone or give me a compensation of 16000 so that i can get my phone repaired from somewhere else.
