Hypercity Retail – Product Failure no response

For your kind information I have purchased SOGO make juicer on 16th November’14 with following details from Hypercity retail India Ltd., Vadodara. Model No : SS-5115 Sr.No. : SS-511505140254 After three-four times of use it is found to be non-functioning. Subsequently I have sent complaint via mail to support@gogo.co.in on 04th January’2015.

I got reply on 05th January’2015 to check for the product myself and they will send the required spares. On 05th January itself via return mail I Denied to get the same checked by myself as the warranted gets over immediately. Asked them for replacement of the product if they can’t make it functional.
