I have bought Lenovo P780 10 months ago, it was a gift to my fiance, and it has stopped working a month ago, she gave it to Ambala lenovo mobile service center and that guy fixed it and within two days it again created the same problem(network unavailable) she again sent it this time to kurukshetra service center and it has been two weeks and those guys are not able to repair it. Infact not picking up the call too…and lenovo customer care service is pathetic..i think they are being paid for apparently doing nothing as the guy last time gave me wrong call reference id and this issue is going on in circles….My warranty period is getting closer and once its over i think company is planning to simply return the phone saying its no longer in warranty… Details- tax invoice – bil20140400098382 imei- 863312029878852 old imei-863802025641817,863802025641825 Lenovo has provided a bad impression of me for a lifetime…
