My name is Bhuvnesh, and sorry to say I am a very frustrated client of XOLO SMARTPHONE‘s after sales service. I have bought my new phone XOLO 8X-1000(IMEI N0. “911387600293814”) on 18th Sep 2014, and from the beginning I was suffering from over heating and low battery back-up.
But from the last few days my phone’s battery was not getting charged & SIM Card’s Jack was not opening properly that’s why I went to your local service centre “F1” at “Yudisthar Marg, C-scheme, Jaipur” and according to them phone’s Motherboard has to replace that’s why I have submitted my phone(SERVICE RECEIPT 057079) their as on 9th March 2015, TODAY 25 DAYS HAS BEEN COMPLETED BUT THE PROGRESS IS ZERO, BECAUSE STILL THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE MOTHERBOARD FROM HEAD OFFICE. But after a continue follow-up still they are not able to give me an appropriate date for delivery.
WHO WILL BEAR THE LOSS WHICH I HAD IN THIS FINANCIAL YEAR CLOSING. PLEASE HELP ME
